Why is it, a list is given out, hand written with streets to be sanded "only". Do we not all work hard to pay our taxes?

 Now this road set back in a residenial area is being sanded, does it look in need? 

Now really this one on the list, see any reason?

Now these roads are right next door, NO sand.

This corner goes right to 111 stop sign, NO SAND.

Road right in the same area, passed by, no sand.

Now, whos road do you think this is? Bone dry.

Wow, the street right next door, not touched!

My goodness even the FIRE DEPTS street was not cleared.

This was great, how do you think the taxpayers felt to see that the sand stopped immediately after 2 blocks sanded, then the rest of the street, nothing.
