Now if the town hall closes at 4:30, why are there 13,565:79 minutes used off peak? Off peak starts after 7PM- 7AM. Taken from June 07 bill. The supervisor was part of that.

Come on the minutes and abuse the supervisors cell phone got was all documented and known to him. All other depts where know also, this part of a bill shown  from "June 07". Don't play to the public mr. innoccent saving money when your at the top. Creating problems or setting them up to try and blame others is becoming protocol. Some 400 minute plan.

A town policy adopted in 1989 mandated that Islip's cell phones be used only for town business. Otherwise, Nolan said, there was no central database of cell phone bills. *** Funny we obtained all the bills for the cell phones, thats how we saw over 1,000 minutes used by the Supervisor himself. All the bills are their just look not ignore.

The supervisor knew about the cell phones way over a year ago and got himself and others one the day he came to work, and had no problem. At the cost to the taxpayers why, why does the supervisors cell phone use hundreds and hundreds of minutes, who does he speak with, his company? You pay for this. This was brought to light long ago by this website to the taxpayers. Again taking credit or trying too, bad idea for the supervisor for what he is just as bad, if not worst. You just signed for 2 years cell phones w/gps for all the cars "$16,000 A MONTH" with no approval either, where stuck. I guess the left has no clue about the right. But we as taxpayers suffer financially  and it must stop. Cars 614, 648 or 650-this too Nolan couldn't give the facts straight or account for where the phones came from.
