Records show supervisor Nolan gave Al Werner a contract of $30,000 a year as a consultant for the airport, are you kidding. It is said --- If Councilmen Bodkin flipped to help in Nolan getting all board votes his way, all Al Werners friends out east vote for him, he would in turn give $30,000 a year to him. Well the contract is there. Past shows there certainly was no need for this person to be needed as a consultant. Guess he was sleeping when it cost the taxpayers $17,000 for the window repair at the airport! I seem to see this as a bribe for votes at our exspense.
