The issue of saving the taxpayers money was all a lie.
Nothing wrong with these guard rails, same ones put in at CI Little League field (which the administration cannot account for). But they were ripped out June 08 and replaced by metal for $30,000 on Brook St,Islip, no residents just woods and weeds. So I see protecring weeds and woods is more important than hundreds of famlies?
CI Little League Field, carlton Ave. Someone want to help here? No one can account for this wood purchase and why.
3/18--The tax payers will now see the false image they were fooled into, after the Supervisor giving his false speech to Islip Bulletin of not letting go workers, the "next" day after the article, he began firing those he said he would not to the news. But yet one has to wonder he gave a job to out of towners in his office and benefits for p/t. Amy Winoski, whom in a few months has taken off over 30 days. His office worker J Dillion- 1/2 days, days off and vacation immediate after 5 days paid. We are in a recession, and our hard earned money is going to pay for friends pleasure rides, we are being financially raped.
Come one come all, the song and dance the taxpayers were given has begun its explosion. Sorry, will not cut it, besides the $ close to a million spent already on the Supervisors group, he has now in the last few months since spent over 2 million dollars on payroll for fellow friends and so on. Yes, you pay this. $1.4 million have been fired or retired. Are we missing something here? This extra in workers, where and what the heck are they doing? Most it has been said are highly unqualified and working out of title, you might ask where is civil service or the union. Less than 10 title positions replaced.
Jim Brockwell, union rep, how when he works for 237 union full time and is suppose to be working at the airport full time, tax payer money gives him over 1250.00 a week, he was even given a raise-you weren't, for not showing up. Conflict of interest and false representation. A Union was spoken to and said this cannot be!

Taxpayers with all this spending you have the nerve to say there's a shortage of money! Some more spending from different town meetings by the NEW reformers, your money.
