For those of concern Linda Kelly is given a title of neighborhood aide, but is authorized without given the pay for signing C/O's.
Now here we have a new sports center in Sayville, but days before the election 07, on a Sunday, this was given by Supervisor Nolan(fill in running at the time for supervisor) an emergency temp c/o which the town does not give per say, and began operating. But right next door was a huge "elect Datre" sign. Was someone sending a message to the opponent? It also is known this establishment gave approx $5,000 to Nolans campaign for supervisor, hum. When planning was asked several times with documentation, there were never weeks after, any safety inspections but it was operating full force, HOW? Plus they applied for an indoor soccer permit which the building would be only used for. Planning was very upset they had not put in for inspections and stated you can't operate untill we come there, but how then was a c/o signed complete, they were very baffled and surprised, when they had no inspections to get this? --documents were obtained for proof, but they offer this all for indoor soccer permit of use--- Kid Fitness ON-THE-BALL CORE CLASS The exercise ball is a great tool for strengthening the abs, but it also helps you reach those hard-to-get-to muscles (such as the TVA and erector spinae). If the town Supervisor is shown to our children as a habitual law breaker and someone who feels above the law, how can we expect our children to obey?Town code and ethics of following the law was stressed by the Supervisor, but for what, grandstanding? This shows stupidity and arrogance-Under Article 29 of the Islip Town Code, it is, as it has been, illegal to post signs of all types on trees and telephone poles with fines for violations ranging between $50 and $250, depending on the offender’s history and the degree to which the ordinancewas flouted. Fines can quickly escalate above $250, however, as each week of noncompliance constitutes a new offense, according to Islip Town Attorney Rob Cicale. “Everyone on the town board feels the same,” said Supervisor Phil Nolan. “This is visual pollution and we want to take steps to stop it.” In the front of an Early Childhood Center, Middle and High school!!!
Lets also not forget what seems to be unlawful to the taxpayers is fine and dandy to Supervisor Nolan. Breaking laws in the face of the public is a specialty no more, it's repeated with no regret. Fine those who rent illegal housing, what about the Supervisor who uses those who rent illegal to swap favors of looking the other way? Like placing his campaign sign on property whom rent out illegal apartments, but it was ok. NO rental permit, very obvious in renting also and still.
5/15- work is being completed, cabana in your front yard, so residents permits and zoning laws are not needed, build away.
5/2---All taxpayers, can you do this, just build and all other neighbors being summoned, how much in an under the table deal was this? Supervisors office just laughed. They were told NO, but said it's only a shed (with water and electric in the front yard), yes and Marilyn Monroe is coming to town.
Several times this was done after told no, town administration says charge the taxpayers for the water removal. It's the home owners responsibility after ignoring the town, YOU PAY while they play or paid off? 64 Timberpoint Rd. along with the illegal cabanna in front yard, "have you the taxpayer been hassled for a permit?"
We know it's really a cabanna in the front yard, 64 Timberpoint Rd, East Islip. Can you do this?
NO PERMIT and told NO! Did it anyway. Now here for taxpayers, this home at 64 Timberpoint Rd. was given a zoning board approval for a built in pool "ONLY with the fact of removing a shed in the front yard". Now low and behold after that they immediately put a cabanna in the front yard even closer to the road, where the shed was removed NO PERMIT and told NO WAY! They stated to the town , a shed was being put up in the back yard, "shed." They do not have electric or water.
FOR MONTHS NOW THE FENCE IS DOWN, POOL IS FULL AND EASY ACCESS FOR TROUBLE, so it is revelant to say who cares?
5/1---Guess the payoff was set? Building being completed even with NO permit. Can you do this? "SHED"
Selective people only chosen to obey, all others ? Now here too, not only a shed in the front yard 6ft from the fence, but a fence in the front yard.
Yes, 209 Timberpoint Rd, East Islip is DIRECTLY across from a voting pole. Which is amazing this home is putting on an extension, they have signs on their lawn for Nolan and well and behold, they got their permit IMMEDIATELY! Talk about corrupt!
