The town has also used government funds for giving Central Islip Little League CPR classes the taxpayers have paid for. This fee is included in your registration! Why are the taxpayers paying this! Plus they even got OVERTIME! Close to $2,000 in overtime! Votes sale? Islip, West Islip, Sayville, Holbrook did you get free CPR lessons?

View, from town info, in 2007 it was made to look ?, everyone was told to stop! From $552,732 to $370,478, just to make it look , what this is a disgrace! This town in two years has been forced to loose close to $400,000 in revenue!

Understand "A Bond" is not free money, we the taxpayer have to pay this back with INTEREST, so in 15-20 years it's double and the administration is long gone with you holding the check book.
9/29- Newsday- this is a town shame, we are falling into a steep whole by this administration--****Islip Town officials, anticipating a $10-million shortfall in mortgage tax revenue, budgeted conservatively for 2008. In the past, surpluses have been carried over to help keep the tax rate down the following year - but not this year.
"In a real sense, it's a $10-million shortage," said Town Supervisor Phil Nolan.
In May, Nolan asked town department heads to cut 5 percent from their budgets. Now, he's asking them to reduce personnel costs, also by 5 percent, for 2009, much of which will be accomplished by eliminating vacant positions. (They have spent over 10 million just these last few months on friends) HUM, OVER 10 MILLION IS HIS PAYROLL OF NEW FRIENDS.
Why is everything being blamed on the “"past administration?””. Funny Bodkin was a big part of the past administration. Remember using the town car over 30,000 miles more than the others, working in NYC instead of here being paid over 88,000 a year. To say what a mess, you were part of the mess and never showed up for the job or said a word about the so called mess.
